first floor:
in the street are the necessary public parking spaces, but there is space on site to park 2 cars and for the electric driver there are already 2 connection points to charge the cars. because the house is equipped with 25 solar panels, you generate much of your own energy. the garage is extra high so a tall car or even a bus camper can fit in there. in addition to the garage, there is practical space under the carport to store the wheelie bins, but also to keep some bicycles dry.
time to go inside; through the front door we enter a spacious hall with checkroom, toilet, meter cupboard and staircase, through the beautiful steel pivot door we enter the kitchen which is located on the street side and wonderfully light through the large window. the modern handleless kitchen consists of a kitchen unit with peninsula. along the wall there is plenty of work space on the countertop with also plenty of storage space in the drawers and base cabinets. on this side is also the sink and dishwasher. in the peninsula is the gas cooktop with a modern stainless steel hood above it. the white fronts combine nicely with the taupe-colored worktop that protrudes slightly on the side of the cooking plate, creating a cozy bar; great for having breakfast, or working on your laptop or, of course, keeping the cook company while cooking. and while sitting there, you will be warmed not only by a cup of coffee, but also, if desired, by an infrared panel mounted against the wall of the bar.
the high wall cabinet, in the matching color taupe, is equipped with a combi oven as well as a steam/heat oven, furthermore there is a lot of storage space here. a fridge-freezer is of course also not lacking.
from the kitchen we walk into the spacious living room which offers space for several seating areas where the modern gas fireplace has an attractive place. both the large windows and 2 skylights bathe this room in a sea of light and if you want to temper the sunlight, the screens on the outside are a godsend. on the garden side is now through a closet wall a separation made, making here a bedroom or office is created, would you prefer a larger living room? then of course you can also remove this closet wall and enlarge the living room again. besides this bedroom / office we find the utility room with plumbing for the washing machine and a kitchenette with sink and upper cabinets. through a back door, the backyard is accessible from here.
you probably also noticed the beautiful continuous floor, this is a pvc floor with a beautiful wood look. with this floor you have the atmosphere of a wooden floor but not the maintenance and because of the presence of underfloor heating (except the utility room) you always have nice warm feet. incidentally, the utility room is heated by an infrared panel on the ceiling.
with this house we always fall into superlatives, but even when we talk about the backyard, we can only talk about big, spacious, lots of space! because of its location on the southwest, this is a garden where you can fully enjoy the sun (when it shines); on the terrace there is more than enough room to create a lovely lounge area and eating outside at a large garden table is of course also possible. should it still not be so very warm, we find at the back of the garden a large garden house with an attached canopy that can be made windproof by means of sliding glass panels. can you already see yourself sitting here? here you can enjoy the outdoors all year round. the gazebo is an ideal space for the kids, chill out, watch soccer, have a party......... you won't have a problem with them!
second floor:
upstairs we enter an l-shaped landing from which we have access to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. the 1st room we walk into is on the garden side and is nice and spacious, this was previously 2 rooms and you could restore this as well. in the large walk-in closet is a lot of storage space, but don't immediately claim all the hanging and laying space, because this is not only a walk-in but also a walk-through closet and so you share the closet space with the bedroom across the street, this is the bedroom located at the front. walking out of this bedroom we come to the bathroom. a lovely light bathroom due to the presence of 2 windows and light wall finishes. here you can take a nice bath or a quick shower. a sink cabinet with double sink and a floating toilet complete the layout. the floor has underfloor heating.
all bedrooms are heated by infrared panels on the ceiling. the presence of an air conditioner will also keep it cool in the bedrooms on hot days! on both the stairs, the landing and all bedrooms are carpeted.
second floor:
